Scouts BSA merit badge class. Requirement 1 (First Aid merit badge completion) and requirement 3 are not covered in class; requirement 3 is completed afterward and emailed to the organizer. Scouts should obtain counselor approval before attending and bring a blue card, lunch, water, and a pen.
